Terms of Service.
methods of payment
• paypal/usd only
• no cryptocurrency
• do not use my work for nfts/blockchain/ai slop
• up-front payment; I won't start working until the invoice has been accepted
• edits past sketch phase will cost 20% of the original commission price
• works in progress are provided (ych exempt unless the character is more complex)
• FULL (100%) refund if I have not started the piece
• HALF (50%) refund if I have started the piece
• I reserve the right to refund at any given time
rights/editing
• you are allowed to reupload your commission with proper credit link to any of my socials/accounts
• do not reupload to sites such as e621/rule34/etc
• do not edit my work without permission

• ref sheet/art required unless i am designing something for you; I work best with visual references so please include any you think I might need
• i will happily accept stick figure mspaint drawings
• If you are unsure whether or not I will draw what you want, just ask! If I can't then I will politely let you know
• Usual turn around times can range from 1-2 weeks to a month depending on my queue. YCHs will usually take less time, around half a week
